Fair Market Value Lease - Chillers and Heat Exchangers

Fair Market Value Lease provides the lowest monthly payments and meets your concerns about chiller and heat exchanger obsolescence and new technology by offering the following choices at the end of the lease term:

  • You can purchase the chiller or heat exchanger for its fair market value
    (usually 10% of original capital cost)
  • Return to owner
  • Continue payments, or re-lease

One-Dollar Purchase Option

The One-Dollar Purchase Option combines the benefits of leasing with those of owning your equipment. Your monthly payment will be slightly higher than that of a Fair Market Value Lease, but you will have ownership of the chiller or heat exchanger at the end of the term for a mere $1.00.

Opti Temp has partnered with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services of Bay City, MI to provide this lease option. If the customer wants to lease rather than purchase, Wirt works with the customer to set up the lease package (monthly payments, duration, etc). There is an application fee ($195.00) plus the first and last month’s payment due at time of lease signing.
